Hello, loyal fans of the Queen's Blade tournament. Did you catch my battle with Airi this week? Things are getting more intense by the minute. Though it'll be a while before we get around to it in widescreen.

Now, it's time for a round of character songs, right from Gainos' anachronistic karaoke halls! Short skits featuring the main singers are on there. The trios for the endings of both seasons are here, with Nowa and Elina thrown in for good measure. Doesn't look like everyone else will be getting character songs. That's what you get for being a secondary character. Yes, I'm looking at you, Hachi. Scans included, 320kbps, etc.

Koi Koi 7 x 7

It goes without saying that my taste in anime is not bound to anything. Be the source a novel visual or light, manga or made up for TV, I'm willing to watch it as long as the combination of elements is right. I don't have guilty pleasures, because a feeling of guilt while watching something is rather bothersome. But Koi Koi 7 is probably one of my ultimate favorites, even with a total lack of substance.

It hits all the right elements. Cute girls, Sentai heroes and, in the manga (and a bit of that feeling carries to the anime), that idea that something dark, perhaps a little scary, is lurking beneath the surface. But I keep my soapboxing to a minimum as this is really about the music, and these six character albums are rare. Each one includes three songs and an instrumental piece. The full treatment is given to each of them — highest quality bitrate and scans included. So, let us begin.

First up is Yayoi Asuka (the pink-haired one). Tetsuro's on the cover too. Lucky guy, getting hitched like that. Yayoi's songs are "Colorful", "Angel Sign" and her single, "Yakusoku".

Next is probably my favorite of the girls, Akio Suzuka. Would-be Sentai heroine. Seen here in a lovely China dress. Akio's songs are "Ai wa Kono Te ga Mamoru no da", "Love is Power" and "A Champion of Peace". All of those have a very heroic slant to them, you have to admit.

Next we come to Sakuya Kazamatsuri. Tomboy, gunslinger and not much shame when it comes to walking around the house. Fitting to her trigger-happy nature, seen here as a lady cop. Sakuya's songs include "Doushi Renai", "The Ice Picks of Love" and "Mirai Heart".

Miyabi Tsukuyomi, seen here as a maid. She of the prehensile hair, shapeshifting and loved by girls everywhere. The right combo of aloof and suave. Miyabi's songs include "Ai no Hane", "Mure ni Kaerenai Tori" and "D-day".

Hifumi Inokai is next. The group's resident Cute Bruiser, and as far as the albums go, nurse. Her songs include "Watashi to Midori no Katachi", "Cosmic Light" and "Vegetable Juice". If she sounds familiar, that's because it's Kimiko Koyama - currently known as Yukari Sendou.

Finally, Otome Chouno. Oldest in age, youngest in looks. Seen here in some sort of Arabian dress. Her songs include "Miracle Moment", "Hitori Dake no Tokimeki" and "Puzzle". Incomprehensible? Not in the least.

This last one is a surprise even to me. This is the complete song collection, "Paradise". Full versions of the OP and ED, the songs from the character song singles (including three that, out of my releases, can only be found here), and two songs that can be found only on here. "Pineapple Summer", a goofy song by the six main girls and - here's the big one - the other Yayoi's (aka Celonius28)'s song, "Lost Days". Sung by Nana Mizuki. So, yes, Celonius28's Song Images finally lives up to its name. And so, that wraps up this very long, yet very music-filled post.

Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka Ending Theme Character Song Series - Mitsuki and Karen

The Legend of Geno Killer continues to this day. Let me tell you a story...

I was quite looking forward to Karen's, actually. She may be new to the PS2 version and your typical ojou-sama character, but she's bombastic enough that she ends up being lovable. Mitsuki's in this set of releases as well, with Rie Tanaka lending her voice. The end of November has been quite the busy time this year, and Black Friday isn't even here yet.

The last three songs arrive with great speed, and I always finish releasing a song series. Mizore, Rubi and the musical group called The Kapucchu all perform, along with a song by Nazo Koumori. Say what you will about the bat, but he is persistent. I'm beginning to suspect he's one of the Kibat family. Most likely Kibat I, the first of his generation. Bamboo Blade Drama CDs

Because we can't leave Pink/Black and Green out now.

Bamboo Blade really had a lot. Kendo, moe, Blade Braver, Saya and Kirino's heavy romantic two girl friendship (Saya's, at least) and the buttocks that can leave a Nintendo DS broken. Across the OSTs, Tama, Kirino and Sayako's character songs appeared, but the last two contain the songs for Miya-Miya (Aka Ban) and Satori (Shiro Ban). Plus dramas, of course, to add just a little bit more onto the story.

Saint October Character Mini Albums

The GothLoli Detectives, subject of our latest release.


Ad hoc groups will always be around as far as anime is concerned - N's, MA*chu*RI, Aice5, and so on. Today we cover the GothLoli trio. You may know them better as the current voices of Sakura "Penguin" Nankyoku, Nia Teppelin, and several characters who are likely to induce lesbianism. Yu Kobayashi characters are usually good at that kind of thing.

G3 Princesses + Ii Jan! Ii Jan! Sugee Jan!?

G3 Princesses, on stage!

The first entry up is the G3 Princesses. Performed in GP31, this album includes individual songs for each of the girls, G3 Princess Rap, and the one-episode special end theme "Enjin Eco Rap". The song is a Green Aesop in musical form, but for one gathering all of Go-on's ED themes (and there are many), it's a good part of the collection. Once again, the first and seventh tracks (Go-on's OP and ED) are not included due to Columbia putting them on every album, thus making their reencoding here redundant and unneeded.

From start to finish, always at a climax!

The second entry is the complete album for Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown, now in theaters. A new version of Climax Jump, as well as individual versions for each of the Taros' (sorry, Sieg and Deneb) are on here, as well as dialogue versions and a piano form of Climax Jump. For both of these albums, scans are included for just about everything, and the sound quality is perfect. Enjoy.

Sky Girls Character Mini Albums

Before the Strike Witches Ending Collection is released, a momentary return to last year's skintight outfit wearing girls blasting things.

Also, these albums are very good to have because a great majority of the songs on both of them can't be found anywhere else. If there's one way to get someone to pay attention to a musical release, it's to put something on one CD and one CD only. Finally, Celonius28 is glad to have a Saori Goto song or two among our lineup of releases - as well as a second German loli. If this becomes a habit, then we shall see.

Tell me your dream.

The last of the collection brings songs by Hitomi Nabatame, Yukari Tamura, and Nana Mizuki. Nana Mizuki's character is part of the Mushi-Uta bug cast, compared to the other three character songs included, so that explains that much. Now, there's another release coming up this week if all goes just as planned, so keep your eyes and ears open!

He Is My Master CHARACTER ALBUM-001-003

Continuing from the maid theme established last post.


Each of these three albums includes a song for the girl on the cover, a second song (one of which is an Izumi/Mitsuki duet), a drama, and a solo version of "Aijou no Katamari". Overall, a very nice selection of music. Another Meido Monday is planned for a week or two from now, but that will arrive when it does. For now, enjoy.

Gargoyle of the Yoshinagas Day 3: OSTs

From all of us to all of you, the collection is complete!

When I said "complete music collection", I meant complete, and to wrap it all up is the two OSTs. The first one has a short drama section at the start, and the second one includes the CD-EX content that came with it, including a desktop clock, some icons, and a few wallpapers if you're interested. Naturally, they also contain BGM.

Continuing Celonius28's mission to get unnoticed or even hard-to-find music out there is continually fun. Even moreso when we make sure we can say something about every bit of music we release to acknowledge its place as part of the show it came from.

Each of the three CDs includes a character song and karaoke, a solo version of "Ai ni Oide Ai ni Oide", and a short message from the girls. Futaba's song, "Kotae wa Sora no Shita" was used in the series as the ending theme for the final episode, and the other songs aren't bad either. Just like the series, they're cute. Though Nana Mizuki characters are starting to run together in my head. Sieglinde, Utau, Riri, Feito - so many mysterious, emotionally cold blonde girls. Then there's Reverse-Moka. But that's another topic for another day.
